Making a warranty enquiry

Contact customer care with the order number, product name, serial or batch number if available, a description of the issue and clear supporting images. Do not dispose of the product or arrange an unauthorised repair before receiving instructions.

Outdoor product care

  • Follow the manufacturer’s assembly, anchoring and maintenance instructions.
  • Use suitable covers and store cushions or sensitive components during severe weather.
  • Clean with products appropriate for the material and test in an inconspicuous area.
  • Check fasteners, frames, burners, electrical connections and moving parts periodically.
  • Do not treat weather resistance as permission to leave a product permanently exposed.
